- Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of the website or purchase of our products shall be resolved exclusively by:
- Binding arbitration in Queensland, Australia, administered under the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA); and
- Conducted in English.
- You and we waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action.
- You expressly agree that courts in Queensland, Australia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings not subject to arbitration.
- If you reside outside Australia, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
- 14. EXPORT CONTROL AND U.S. SALES NOTICE
Products sold to U.S. customers are exported from Australia and are not labeled or registered under U.S. FDA jurisdiction.
Any nutritional or labeling information provided is based on Australian standards and does not constitute a claim of U.S. regulatory compliance.
15. CHANGES TO TERMS
