Excellent product

After years of not taking care of myself I developed hypothyroidism and became anemic. The worst symptoms of this were short-term memory loss and crushing anxiety and panic attacks. Trying to piece together everything I had to do to get better was a journey. One of the first things I realized was I wasn't absorbing iron. My stomach was a mess. Only going every four days and always constipated. Looking for anything to help, someone on a forum suggested Lactoferrin as something that would not only heal my stomach, but bind to the iron to raise my ferritin, which was probably what was causing all my issues(ferritin was 20 at the time). I was already supplementing gentle iron but not feeling much better. I started including Lactoferrin along with my iron and after two weeks the changes started coming fast. I started going everyday. No more constipation, no more dark stools. Finally a supplement I can literally see and feel working. I'm 6 months into my healing process, my ferritin is now at 50. I can jog farther and faster than I have in 15 years. My nervous system is still tapering off the anxiety, but I'm optimistic about the future. Lactoferrin is something I take everyday with my biggest iron source, and will continue at least until I hit that hopefully magic 100 level ferritin.

It's the best lactoferrin I've ever taken!

I recently started taking this supplement, and I’ve already noticed some positive changes. After just a month, my gut health has improved significantly. I’ve noticed a more regular routine and a general sense of ease in my body. The bloated feeling I used to experience has completely disappeared!

Additionally, I’ve noticed a stronger immune system. Despite being in close contact with people who had colds or fevers multiple times, we haven’t gotten sick ourselves.

My energy level is up, and my skin is much more smooth and healthy!

I’ll need to keep monitoring the results for at least another couple of months to understand if I’m truly benefiting from the product in the long run. For now, my judgment is more than positive!

It’s very easy to take

I was diagnosed with esophageal cancer this year. I opted out of traditional chemotherapy and went with the alternative treatment called The Protocol. Lactoferrin is part of that Protocol. I'm grateful that it is available and of particularly high quality.

Lactoferrin is well tolerated and gave me no side effects. Noticeable signs of lower inflammation in my joints. Will continue to order it.

My dietician says my lab results confirm that it has been helpful.

This is a miracle supplement! Helped to calm my severe ulcerative colitis flare by the 4th day (high dose at the beginning of 4 capsules per day). I love that it has so many other health benefits as well vs taking a pharmaceutical drug that can have side effects.

I’ve been taking it for half a year and there is a noticeable improvement in my gut and urinary health ! Highly recommended!

I recently added this to my mornin routine around the time I had hit a weight loss plateau. I exercise regularly and track all my food, but wasn’t making any progress for about six weeks. I started using Lactoferrin a few weeks ago and have broken through my plateau. I’m not ready to say this was the thing that did it, because I have made a few other changes, but given the timing, it may have helped contribute.

I’d like to do some more controlled testing to get a better idea, but so far so good and I haven’t had any negative side effects.

I started taking this product based on the recommendation of a co-worker since I kept getting sick this past winter. Have been taking it about 1 month now and so far so good but will have to see over a longer time period and multiple seasons. Fast shipping, nicely packaged product so I’ll buy this brand again.

I am taking two capsules each morning with 1/2 tsp of Sodium Citrate Dihydrate (you can purchase from the pharmacy, it reduces acid in the urine),
I have Interstitial Cystitis with Hunner's Ulcers in the bladder. Taking the Lactoferrin helps with the pain.

After two months of taking the native, delayed-release Lactoferrin 300 mg capsules, I’ve noticed some really encouraging changes. The puffiness around my eyes has noticeably decreased, and the morning discharge I used to deal with is now completely gone.

I also feel like I have more energy for my daily activities, which has made a big difference in how I start my mornings. One surprising improvement is my balance — I can now stand on one leg for a full 60 seconds, which I couldn’t do before. Overall, I’m very happy with the results and plan to keep taking it.

Great product

I developed a bacterial infection in my lung and was prescribed a combination of three different antibiotics to be taken over a twelve-month period as my treatment protocol. Being anxious that these potent medications could possibly do damage to my system, I asked my integrative medical physician to recommend a supplement that would help protect me from negative side effects these medications may cause. He recommended Lactoferrin. I started taking Lactoferrin several months before starting my antibiotic regime. Thus far (2 months), I have not experienced any deleterious side effects and I've not lost any energy or vitality. I find the capsules are easy to swallow, which is, normally, a bit of an issue for me. I will continue to take Lactoferrin in the hope that it will help keep my immune system strong and my microbiome well balanced.
