I have Crohn's disease. I will not take a biologic, or any pharmaceuticals for that matter. The side effects are usually worse than the disease. I learned about this particular brand of Lactoferrin through a trusted nutritional scientist that recommended it in his Crohn's treatment protocol. I am currently having a flare up, so I ordered this brand, as I was unsure of the purity of a different brand that I had been using, and it wasn't really helping me. I stared taking 2 pills a day, but my progress was slow, so I increased my dosage to 4 pills per day (2 in the morning and 2 at bedtime), and I'm seeing noticeable improvement. It usually takes anywhere from a few weeks to a month to notice results, so my advice is to be patient and stay the course for at least a month. I'm very impressed with this brand and will be ordering more.

I was suggested to try this due to low ferritin. I’ve been taking tj a few weeks and I think I’ve noticed a slight difference. I’m also dealing with h pylori and candida and using natural supplements to heal. It has definitely not caused any bad side effects at all and I think with longer use I will notice even more improvement.
